We are the Longoria Family and we are the proud owners of The Longoria's BBQ. As one of the top BBQ restaurants in DFW, we strive for excellence in making a quality product, as well as superb customer service to ensure a welcoming experience.
Our Specialty is our sausage. Mastering the right combination of spices, seasonings, prep and smoke time, we manufacture one of the most talked about sausages in Texas. Our sausage is made of virtually 100% brisket. Our burgers are also made with this great recipe. Our food is world renowned. We have been featured on the Travel Channel and in many articles and magazines throughout Texas.
Festivals and Picnics
​We love to be a part of picnics and festivals. A few of our engagements include the yearly Prairie Fest, Church of Christ Fall Festival, Rahrs and Sons Brewery Tour, and Smoked Dallas.
Street Trailers
We have street trailers that are conventional for various types of events, as well as providing an additional service to your bar or business.
