We are the Longoria Family and we are the proud owners of The Longoria's BBQ. As one of the top BBQ restaurants in DFW, we strive for excellence in making a quality product, as well as superb customer service to ensure a welcoming experience.
Our Specialty is our sausage. Mastering the right combination of spices, seasonings, prep and smoke time, we manufacture one of the most talked about sausages in Texas. Our sausage is made of virtually 100% brisket. Our burgers are also made with this great recipe. Our food is world renowned. We have been featured on the Travel Channel and in many articles and magazines throughout Texas.
Growing up in Gonzales, Texas, Fidencio "Fred" Longoria definitely had his fair share of good sausage. After moving to Fort Worth, he managed to master the process of making sausage and introduced this wonderful sausage to his friends, family, and fellow workers at Miller Brewery.
While the introduction is attributed on Fidencio, It is his family that took the recipe to a higher level. His two sons, David and Danny took on the responsibilty to share this recipe with the world.
With a little elbow grease from the whole Longoria Family. Fidencio, Angie, Danny, David, Cynthia, Delores, Vanessa, and Coty opened thier family restuarant. Now, having been opened for nearly 20 years, The Longoria's has managed to make the top 50 places to eat BBQ three times and has been ranked #3 in DFW. It has provided catering services for groups well over the 500 count, and has been featured on the Travel Channel with the BBQ competition Champion, "Diva Q." While manufacturing, franchising and serving great food across the country, The Longoria's BBQ has definitely become a household name.
