Our Specialty is our sausage. Mastering the right combination of spices, seasonings, prep and smoke time, we manufacture one of the most talked about sausages in Texas. Our sausage is made of virtually 100% brisket. Our burgers are also made with this great recipe. Our food is world renowned.
